A person, in consideration for his/her acceptance as client of TIH Industries, hereby releases, discharges and agrees to indemnify TIH Industries, its staff, directors, volunteers, guests, employees, agents, contractors, speakers and vendors from any liabilities now accrued, or which may hereafter accrue, from their actions, inactions or communications made by TIH Industries or its staff, directors, volunteers, guests, employees, agents, contractors, speakers and vendors in or through their respective capacities with TIH Industries. No implied endorsements or warranties of products, persons, literature or ideas presented at any meetings or in any email or online discussion board activity of TIH Industries by its staff, guests or speakers are made by TIH Industries, its staff, directors, employees, guests or contractors. Any literature which may be distributed during meetings or any email or online discussion board activity of TIH Industries have been reviewed or approved in advance by TIH Industries. All TIH Industries clients are encouraged to do their own research and due diligence regarding ideas and concepts obtained at TIH Industries meetings or through any email or online discussion board activity. Client agrees and acknowledges that TIH Industries may enforce these codes, terms, rules and regulations at its sole and absolute discretion and may terminate any package at any time for any reason whatsoever. Consultation with appropriate professional advisors is highly recommended by TIH Industries prior to the implementation of any ideas or concepts obtained at its meetings. Clients agree not to market any classes, training, coaching or mentoring to other people, client or non-client of the TIH Industries.
