Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy At TIH Industries, we are committed to providing expert real estate strategy consulting tailored to your needs. To ensure the best experience and to secure your appointment, please review our booking policy below: Booking & Deposit Requirement A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all Real Estate Strategy Planning consultations. This deposit will be applied toward your total service fee. The remaining balance (if applicable) will be due at the time of your session. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, your deposit will be forfeited. No-shows or missed appointments will not be refunded and require a new deposit to book again. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled. In this case, your deposit will be applied to one rescheduled visit only. If you miss the rescheduled session, a new deposit will be required to book again. How to Book All bookings must be made through our official website. Once your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email with session details.
