The Story
Why does TIH Industries exist?
Before TIH Industries, our leadership spent 23 years in Fortune 500 insurance operations at Allianz, AIG, Travelers, and Crum & Forster, underwriting complex corporate property portfolios for accounts including Boeing, Walmart, and Bank of America.
An underwriter's job is to read the file before anyone walks into the room. The application, the loss runs, the inspection, the financials. If the file is thin or contradicts itself, the meeting is a formality. The decision was made before it started.
Then we watched credentialed professionals and multi-venture founders run their businesses with no file at all. Strong credentials, real clients, and a backend held together by memory, willpower, and eight tools that don't talk to each other. Nobody handed them a corporate playbook, so the agreements, the compliance, and the systems got skipped.
TIH Industries was founded to build the file. We diagnose where the money is leaking, we architect and build the backend that stops it, and we stay on to keep it standing. Every engagement starts with a diagnosis, never a guess.

How does TIH Industries work?
One rule sits under the whole method: the brand comes first. Consolidate tools or automate a workflow before the brand is defined, and you've only automated the mess. Then four phases, in order.

It's how TIH Industries positions its larger engagements. A fractional COO is one person's hours, billed every month, and you own nothing structural when they leave. A Fractional Operations Board builds the whole backend once, you own it permanently, and any retainer after that is oversight of infrastructure that already exists.
Does TIH Industries do the implementation itself?
TIH is the architect. We design the systems, select the tools, write the sequences, and manage execution to completion. On the larger builds, implementation labor is done by your team or by TIH-approved partners under our oversight. On the templated builds and TIH Workspace, we do the build and maintenance directly.
