Privacy Policy

1Introduction and Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how TIH Industries LLC ("TIH," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with the website at www.tihindustries.com and its subdomains, including the pages where we publish TIH Insights and the pages where you take the Clarity Quiz, book a Blueprint Clarity Session, or submit a form (collectively, the Sites). It applies to visitors, prospects, referral partners, and clients of TIH Industries.

TIH operates other services with their own policies. TIH Foundation Workspace, at www.tihworkspace.com, has its own Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum, which govern the data that clients process through the Workspace. TIH Signature Experiences, our destination management line, is covered by this Policy for inquiries made through the Sites and by the terms of your event agreement for everything after that.

2Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data.

• Identity and contact data. Name, business name, email address, telephone number, and business mailing address, when you submit a form, take the quiz, book a session, or contact us.
• Quiz and intake responses. Your answers to the Clarity Quiz and to the pre-session intake form, which describe your business stage, revenue range, tools, and priorities.
• Transaction data. Records of what you purchased, when, and for how much. Full payment card numbers are collected and stored by our payment processor, not by TIH.
• Session recordings and notes. When you attend a Blueprint Clarity Session or another recorded meeting, the video recording, transcript, and notes produced from it. You're told the session is recorded before it begins.
• Communications. Emails, text messages, and other messages you exchange with us, and your responses to our newsletters.
• Technical and usage data. IP address, device and browser information, referring page, and how you interact with the Sites, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 5.

Sensitive data. TIH doesn't seek to collect sensitive categories of personal data through the Sites. If you volunteer it in a form or a session, we handle it under this Policy and don't sell it. Please don't submit payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or protected health information through a form or in a session.

3How We Use Information

We use personal data to:

• deliver what you asked for, including quiz results, the Blueprint Clarity Session, your recording and notes, and any engagement you go on to purchase;
• process payments, send receipts, and keep transaction records;
• respond to inquiries and provide support;
• send administrative and transactional messages, such as booking confirmations, session links, reminders, and reschedule notices;
• send marketing communications, including TIH Insights and our newsletter, where permitted, and only until you opt out;
• measure the performance of the Sites and of our own advertising;
• secure the Sites, prevent fraud and spam, and enforce our Terms of Use; and
• comply with law and resolve disputes.

You can opt out of marketing at any time using the link in any marketing email or by contacting us. Opting out doesn't stop the transactional messages needed to deliver something you've booked or bought.

Use of artificial intelligence. We use artificial intelligence tools to help produce transcripts, formatted notes, drafts, and summaries from sessions and intake responses. A person reviews that output as part of our service delivery. You remain responsible for reviewing anything AI-assisted about your business before you rely on it or publish it.

4How We Share Information

We share personal data only as follows.

• Service providers. With providers that perform services on our behalf: the platform that hosts the Sites and our email and text-message delivery, our payment processor, video-conferencing, scheduling, and transcription providers, form and anti-spam providers, analytics and error-reporting providers, and artificial intelligence service providers. Each is bound by contract to protect personal data and to use it only to provide its service to us.
• Approved build partners. When an engagement includes work performed by one of our approved build partners, we share the business information needed for that partner to do the work, under a written agreement that includes confidentiality obligations.
• Referral partners. If a referral partner introduced you to TIH, we may confirm to that partner whether you booked or engaged so the referral can be credited. We don't share what was discussed in your session.
• Advertising measurement. Our quiz and booking pages load a Meta advertising pixel that shares limited information about your visit with Meta so we can measure our own advertising. See Section 5 for how to limit this.
• Legal and safety. Where required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TIH, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this Policy.

We don't sell your personal data.

5Cookies and Tracking

The main pages of www.tihindustries.com set only the cookies needed for the Sites to function.

The quiz, booking, and checkout pages on our webinar subdomain also set cookies and similar technologies for these purposes:

• Payment security. Our payment processor sets cookies that help detect fraud during checkout. These are necessary to take a payment.
• Anti-spam. A challenge service sets a cookie to tell people from automated traffic on forms.
• Advertising measurement. A Meta pixel sets a cookie, kept for up to 90 days, that helps us measure whether our advertising brought you to the page.
• Attribution. The page platform records the last site that referred you, in your browser's local storage, so we know which channel a booking came from.

Where a consent banner is shown, advertising measurement runs only after you accept it. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and you can limit Meta's use of pixel data through your Meta ad preferences. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent checkout from working.

6Text Messages and Calls

If you give us your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your booking, your engagement, and, where you agree to it separately, offers from TIH. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts doesn't affect email or the service you've booked.

We may call the number you provide about a session you've booked or an engagement in progress. We don't make cold marketing calls.

7Session Recordings

Blueprint Clarity Sessions and most other TIH meetings are recorded. The recording, transcript, and formatted notes are part of what you receive, and we keep them so that we can deliver your engagement, answer questions about it later, and document what was advised. We retain session recordings and transcripts for twenty-four months after the session unless an engagement is still in progress, in which case we keep them for the life of the engagement plus twenty-four months. You can ask for earlier deletion under Section 8, and we'll honor it unless we need the recording to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation.

Don't bring third parties into a recorded session without telling them it's recorded.

8Your Privacy Choices and Rights

TIH qualifies as a small business under the applicable United States Small Business Administration size standard. As a small business, TIH is exempt from most obligations of the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code Chapter 541. TIH nonetheless offers the following choices to everyone as a matter of policy: you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and opt out of marketing communications. To make a request, email contact@tihindustries.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line. We honor these requests in good faith, subject to reasonable verification of your identity and to technical feasibility, and we won't discriminate against you for making one.

Some state privacy laws grant residents additional rights. Where a statutory right applies to TIH, TIH will comply with it and respond within the period the law requires.

9Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security. If we determine that a breach of security has compromised sensitive personal data, we'll notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and not later than the sixtieth day after we determine the breach occurred, as provided by the Identity Theft Enforcement and Protection Act, Texas Business and Commerce Code Section 521.053(b). Where a breach involves at least two hundred fifty Texas residents, we'll notify the Texas Attorney General as soon as practicable and not later than the thirtieth day after we determine the breach occurred, as provided by Section 521.053.

10Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as needed to deliver what you asked for, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. As a guide: quiz responses and contact records are kept while you remain a prospect or subscriber and for up to three years after your last interaction with us; transaction records are kept for seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements; session recordings follow Section 7; and engagement files are kept for the life of the engagement plus three years. After that, data is deleted or anonymized in the ordinary course unless a longer period is required by law.

11Children's Privacy

The Sites are intended for business use and aren't directed to children under thirteen. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children under thirteen. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact contact@tihindustries.com and we'll delete it.

12Data Location and International Processing

TIH is located in Texas and serves clients globally. The platform that hosts the Sites, our contact records, and our email delivery stores that data on infrastructure located in the European Union, in Ireland. Other service providers process data in the United States. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we take steps intended to ensure the transfer is conducted in accordance with applicable law.

If you're located in the European Union or the United Kingdom and contact us through the Sites, we process your data as described in this Policy in order to respond to you and, where you become a client, to perform our agreement with you. If you require specific cross-border transfer terms for an engagement, raise it before the engagement begins and we'll put a separate addendum in place.

13Other TIH Sites and Third-Party Links

The Sites link to TIH Foundation Workspace, to our booking and checkout pages, and to third-party sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. TIH Foundation Workspace has its own Privacy Policy. Third-party sites have their own policies, and we aren't responsible for their practices. Read the policy of any site you leave ours to visit.

14Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We'll post the updated Policy with a new version number and effective date, and for material changes we'll provide notice through the Sites or by email. Your continued use of the Sites after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
